After touring the facility I thought the place was wonderful. The staff was nice and friendly. The owner was warm and welcoming. But looks are deceiving at Kidz R Kidz. I enrolled my child at that day care facility and half way through the first week the owner left me a nasty voice mail stating that if a child goes over 40 hours then I would be on the hook for paying each additional hour he is being cared for. This however was NOT in the handbook, nor was ever mentioned to me until AFTER I enrolled my child at the center, after he was there for 3 days. One of the main reasons I utilize daycare is because I work full time (40+ hrs a week) if you are a full time working parent I advise you NOT to go to this place because you will either have to make up the difference each week OR make alternate arrangements so your child is NOT there OVER 40 hours. This facility does not consider drive time. So unless you work right next to the place or are a staff member there be warned you will have to pay additional fees for ever hour over. And how can I forget that they do not give you any forewarning if they are closing early. 4 days in a row I dropped my child off and they let me know that morning "oh by the way, mom, we are closing at 4 today!" If it wasn't for my family being accommodating I would be out a job because they decided to close early 4 days in a row. After talking to multiple other facilities I was informed that they've never heard of any center functioning by those "rules". IF YOU HAVE A SICK CHILD make sure you have a doctors note if things change with the child's feeding schedule. My doctor advised my child to only have formula for a day instead of cereal and baby food, this way he could stay hydrated. Well the daycare seemed to have a problem with that and once again I received a nasty voice mail from the owner. After about 3 weeks of being at the facility, after multiple rude conversations from the owner, after multiple random changes, I decided to pull my child out of that facility and enroll him somewhere much better. LONG STORY SHORT: DO NOT ENTRUST YOUR CHILD TO THE CARE OF THIS FACILITY.
