My child went to this Center for over a year. Regardless, of the center shutting down for a couple of months, I believed this was a safe place for my child. I even told my two daughters to send their children here. Due to recent and multiple concerns of negligence of my grandchild last week, I spoke with the top Director personally and addressed my concerns. There was no professionalism nor empathy if our children stayed or left. This week, there was another concern of the top Director misplacing one of my checks. I had to replace the check by writing another one in order for my grandchild to attend. Regardless, of me showing proof and always paid in advance was not acknowledged. So, I immediately withdrew the children due to unprofessionalism from the top Director and non acknowledgement of concerns for our children safty. Resolution: The top Director could have diffused the matter by apologizing for the concerns without rejecting and showing defense mechanism. There should have been a better resolution in place than to withdrew our children. The accommodations on the home website are nonvoid because they were not proven to be correct in my case.
