Absolutely a terrible place. Completely disorganized and I am very sorry to say, if you do not speak Spanish, you will be at a severe disadvantage. I have many friends from the LATAM community and none of them treat me poorly for not speaking Spanish. There is nothing worse than a proud, rude, uneducated person of any nationality who does not respect their customers.
