Nice enough people. However, unwilling to work with parents schedules. I.E.: non negotiable 5:15 pick up time, hard to do for most individuals with full time jobs; constantly having to pick up children early since provider has kids in high school sports. Unwilling to work with child complications. Will drop children from roster with less than one day notice for minor issues. I.E.: Dropped my child after one louse was found. We have minimal contact with other individuals since we live in the country, so it is a VERY high chance that it came from one of the other children AT the daycare. After explanation and willingness to do treatments, provider still unwilling to work with us. I do not recommend using this provider. Overall: Parents and children are a second thought for this provider, rather than a priority.
